Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 days after the order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery to the United States
After shipment, estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 8–12 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Orders with a subtotal of $19.90 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders with a subtotal below $19.90 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD.
The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final applicable rate for the order.
Tracking Your Order
You can use the “Track Your Order” link on our website after tracking information becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier to activate a new tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at mumunono030@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
