How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–5 days after they are placed.

How long does delivery to the United States take?

After shipment, estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 8–12 days. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing can affect delivery times.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free when your order subtotal is $19.90 USD or more. Orders below $19.90 USD are charged a flat $4.99 USD shipping fee.

How can I track my order?

When tracking becomes available, use the “Track Your Order” link in our store. A new tracking number may take a little time to appear in the carrier’s system.
